If we do not have the correct type of phone number for your facility in our inventory, it may take 48 hours or longer for us to obtain one. WE WILL NOT BILL YOU FOR YOUR PLAN UNTIL WE GET AND ASSIGN YOUR NUMBER. The date your number is assigned is your plan effective billing date.
In the event there is some problem and your inmate is unable to call you using our service, you may be eligible for a refund for the monthly call plan ONLY, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
