• Choose a plan and complete the signup process. You will be billed a one-time non-refundable setup fee of $4.99. When your calling number is assigned we will bill you for the monthly call plan fee that you choose.
• Log in to your account and choose the facility where your inmate resides. Depending on the way the facility bills inmates, we will obtain either a number local to the facility or a non-local number for you.
